Administration and management of apartments

Enjoy your new apartment without a care in the world - at ZELENA PUNTA resort we'll take care of everything. For just EUR 50/m2/year, we efficiently manage the property, accessories, and common areas. We can even arrange letting of your apartment. Our management service includes:

  • regular cleaning and upkeep of the common parts of apartment building and surroundings (stairs, common walkways, railings and glass panels, doors)
  • maintenance of lighting of common areas and roads
  • maintenance of resort's technical systems
  • collection, separation and disposal of waste (from designated places)
  • technical emergency service
  • setting-up and management of repair fund for long-term maintenance and cleaning work
  • regular anti-pest controls
  • communal fees for common areas and spaces
  • structural maintenance of buildings
  • technical inspection of apartment 4x/year (May, October, December/January, 1x operational inspection during season)
  • upkeep of greenery and management of parking garage (after construction)
  • maintenance and management of resort's roads
  • admin and maintenance of infrastructure for distribution of drinking water and waste water
  • management and maintenance of CCTV
